I'm trying it out today. My first time brewing an oatmeal stout from scratch. I think I'm going to use some dark malts, sorghum, brown sugar and then grind in some raw cocoa. Excited and a little nervous. Cross your fingers for me. There is nothing more heartbreaking than having to dump out 5 gallons of alcohol gone bad!
